Deposits & Cancellations

NEW POLICY, PLEASE READ:  Any appointments that are over 30 minutes and do not require a deposit to be paid must have a credit card on file to book.  If you no show your appointment, your card will be charged 50% of the service cost and is not refundable.  If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, 25% of the service cost will be charged to the card and is not refundable.  YOU MUST CALL US (601-910-1106) TO CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT.  PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL OR MESSAGE US ON SOCIAL MEDIA, AS WE MAY NOT SEE IT IN A TIMELY MANNER.

PREPAID APPOINTMENTS: We do not offer refunds on prepaid services. If you reschedule with at least 24 hours notice, we can move your payment to your next appointment.  WE CAN NOT REFUND ANY PREPAID APPOINTMENTS.

LASH EXTENSIONS: For booking a full set of Xtreme Lashes, we do require a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% of the service to schedule.

MICROBLADING: For Microblading services, we require a NON REFUNDABLE 50% deposit at the time of booking. ** PLEASE READ ALL THE INFORMATION ON MICROBLADING UNDER THE "MICROBLADING" TAB TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE A HEALTHY CANDIDATE BEFORE BOOKING THE APPOINTMENT.**

CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to reschedule your appointment and ensure that your deposit is transferable to another day (Lash Extensions and Microblading), please reschedule 48 hours in advance. The complimentary perfecting session for Microblading will be waived for last minute cancellations and no shows. We do not offer refunds on prepaid services or deposits.

NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS: Please understand that if you are a no show/no call/no notice for your appointment we will charge your card 50% of the total cost of the service.

Late Policy

The Late Policy varies per service.  If you will be later than the below listed times, please call to reschedule your appointment.  If you are going to be late and still make the appointment, please call so that we can make sure we are able to accommodate you.  Please understand this does not alter the end time of your appointment.  (example: if you are 10 minutes late for a 60 minute appointment, it will be shortened to 50 minutes.)

Waxing/Dermaplane: 5 Minutes
Brow Lamination: 5 Minutes
Chemical Peel/Facials: 5 Minutes
Lash Fill In & Lash Lift: 5 Minutes
Lash Full Set: 10 Minutes
Microblading: 10 Minutes
Hydrafacial Signature: 5 mins
SkinPen: 10 mins
Botox Injections: 5 mins
Filler: 10 mins
